You know it's officially time to start planning your costume when Ricky's Halloween pop-up shops begin appearing around the city. Yesterday, we spotted one going in at 14th Street between Fifth and Sixth. The theme this year appears to be zombies, and like all undead creatures of the night, the pop-up requires human flesh—in this case, for the purposes of staffing the store.
