UPPER EAST SIDE—Between EMS and Athleta, Manhattan north of 42nd Street is getting so sportsy all of a sudden. Outdoor equipment brand Patagonia just joined the party on the other side of the park, signing a lease for a six-month pop-up shop at 84th Street and Third Avenue. We hear that if they like the space, they might stay longer. [Racked Inbox]

SOHO—Turns out DailyCandy's festivities tomorrow include more than just a beauty bus. The event, which they're calling "DailyCandy Deals Takes Soho," also includes all sorts of shopping discounts at stores like Theory, DVF, and Kate Spade. And between 11am and 9pm. food trucks like Coolhaus, Kelvin, and Mexicue will provide snacks all along Broadway between Houston and Broome. RSVP for the deals here. [Racked Inbox]
