In late September, New York's fashion industry briefly deflates as all the movers and shakers go abroad for Fashion Week in London and Paris. But despite the local lull, this week has nine noteworthy sales between now and Friday. Here's a quick rundown, organized by start date.
.) Satya Jewelry: Beginning today, stop by the Chelsea Market for up to 75% off luxe-hippie accessories, plus housewares and scarves from Karma Living and eco-friendly furniture from Costa Rica Roots Collection. [Dealfeed]
.) Shelly and Renee: The sale mavens return for fall with deals on Italian labels like Valentino, Cavalli, and Krizia, beginning today at the Flatotel in midtown. Also look out for fur from Giuliana Teso. [Dealfeed]
.) Zadig & Voltaire: Tomorrow, the Erin-Wasson–approved French label kicks off its first-ever sample sale at 260 Fifth Avenue. Look for up to 80% off clothing for men, women, and children. [Dealfeed]
.) Hermès: This biannual sale is all stock, no samples, but that doesn't stop crowds from lining up on the sidewalk for a shot at marked-down leather goods and scarves. We'll be liveblogging when it opens Thursday morning. [Dealfeed]
