MANHATTAN—DailyCandy has commandeered "mobile salon" Hair Room Service for three straight days of beauty on wheels. September 22nd, the truck will park in Soho on Broadway between Houston and Prince. September 23rd, it will hit Sixth Avenue between 40th and 41st Streets. And on September 24th, it will spend the day on the west side of Union Square.
