Back in April, we reported on what seemed like Céline's impending arrival on Madison Avenue (in place of Dior), but as of September 1, the space is still in construction. The window displays have not changed since the spring, and unfortunately there are no signs posted to inform fans of the French luxury brand (e.g. Kanye) when they can start stocking up on some crisp button-downs or nicely tailored trousers. We'll keep you posted when we hear any updates, but think December 2011—at least that's what the construction workers said.—Katherine Park
