Here's VMAN model search winner Clark Cord demonstrating his workout routine, which consists of doing push-ups and pull-ups all over the city, on everything from mailboxes, subway bars, and fire escapes. He also does bicep curls with a rock in the park. Since it's the Friday before a holiday weekend, take some time out now to watch where else he likes to take his shirt off and work out, in the video after the jump.
