LES Runway Begins Next Week; Travel + Leisure's Global Bazaar

LOWER EAST SIDE—The LES Runway is almost here. Back in June, Cheryl Maleh was trying to raise the necessary funds via Kickstarter to put on a runway show and pop-up event to showcase local designers. UPPER EAST SIDE—To celebrate their 40th anniversary, Travel + Leisure magazine will be throwing a Global Bazaar at the Park Avenue Armory on September 17th and 18th. Festivities include "global art, exclusive travel, culinary delights, and cultural demonstrations" from countries like Italy, Brazil, Fiji, South Africa, India, and more. Tickets for daytime sessions on Saturday and Sunday are $50, and Saturday's Night Market is $75 to attend; tickets are available here and on Ticketmaster. [Racked Inbox]
