The Upper West Side Century 21 isn't scheduled to open up officially until September 22, but the Shophound reports that there will be a soft opening this Thursday, September 15. He also says that "Century 21 VIP cardholders will get priority, red-carpet entry on that day," and adds that staffers were signing people up for the cards over the weekend outside of the upcoming store.
Also, now you can see inside! The facade's outer wrappings on the Broadway and 66th Street corner have been removed, and the escalator, stacks of shopping baskets, and boxes presumably filled with discounted designer clothes are all in plain sight.
