Because nothing says "Fashion Week is over" like buying a pair of hiking boots, Eastern Mountain Sports plans to debut its second Manhattan location this Friday not far from Lincoln Center. The store occupies a two-story space at 76th and Broadway, exactly 78 blocks north of the EMS in Soho, which opened in May 2009. Look for the usual camping and outdoor sports gear, as well as a wall of bikes and one of shoes. From the moment the store opens at 9:30 on Friday through the end of the day that Sunday, a portion of the proceeds will go to New York City Outward Bound. Early shoppers can also expect a raffle, as well as all sorts of limited-time deals.
