The new Tory Burch flagship at 68th and Madison was supposed to quietly open to customers yesterday for a week of shopping before its big launch party on Fashion's Night Out. But Hurricane Irene put a damper on construction, so now the debut has been pushed back to the same day as the party. September 8 is going to be a hectic day at Burch HQ.
