Staples is moving into 452 Fifth Avenue, just south of Bryant Park. The office supply chain will take over 17,500 square feet across two levels. The deal probably won't help draw many of those tired tourists that Fifth Avenue in the Forties wants to attract, but the Post's Steve Cuozzo still says the deal reflects "the rising fortunes" of the formerly unsexy strip.
