Want to work at Nicole Miller? Then you better be able to walk in heels.TONY took a trip to Miller's office, where one staffer joked, "You will be shot if you wear flats in our office." No, of course you won't be shot, but you will be reprimanded. Allegedly, if Miller sees too many flat-footed ladies around, she'll send out a memo reminding everyone of her "preference" for heels.
