Anna Dello Russo, Vogue Japan editor and headgear enthusiast, will be appearing at Macy's Herald Square for Fashion's Night Out. How do we know? Because the mailman just brought us a fascinator telling us so. Dello Russo will be there in her capacity at editor-at-large for I.N.C., and she'll be accompanied by Karolina Kurkova—no slouch in the fashion department herself. The event runs from 7pm to 8pm on Macy's second floor.
