While visions of spring RTW dance in your heads, Fashion Week's little helpers at Lincoln Center are hard at work building the backdrop for designers' gifts to you. With only ten days to go, the scaffolding is up, the tents are out, and construction worker chic has taken the stage—er, built the stage.
