You just can't keep a good stripper/entrepreneur down. When Allen Street's JillAnne closed seven months ago, the Lower East Side lost its only card shop that also featured a stripper pole. But now owner JillAnne (no last name) plans to reopen the store on Bowery and Stanton. The block might have less foot traffic, but the new space has room for a much taller pole.
