Sperry's House of Boat Shoes Signs a Flatiron Lease

Good news for anyone who's been feeling a little unsteady on deck: Sperry Topsider just signed on for 5000 square feet in the Flatiron District. The boat shoe specialists will be taking over 2,500 square feet on the ground floor and 2,500 square feet in the basement of 103 Fifth Avenue, which currently houses Juicy Couture. This is Sperry's first NYC store, and it's all part of an expansion in the wake of the boat shoe trend. Last year, the brand opened locations in Westchester and Massachussets.
