Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Last night marked the Riverside Park debut of Pico de Gap, a promotional taco truck cooked up by the basics brand. For the next two months, the sky-blue van will be parked all over New York selling tacos by Katie Lee for $1.69. Bring a receipt proving that you bought something from Gap's 1969 denim line that very day, and you can get your taco for free. Check the Facebook page and Twitter for times and locations through the end of September.
