As expected, the Alexander McQueen exhibit at the Met officially has the highest attendance record for any fashion show held at the museum. As of Sunday night, 582,000 people have showed up to gawk at the collection, surpassing the previous record of the 576,000 people who showed up to see Michelle Pfeiffer's itty-bitty Catwoman costume at the “Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy” exhibition.
