Earlier today a welder fell down an elevator shaft as he was working on the construction of the Marimekko Flatiron flagship store in the historical Toy Building. DNA Info reports that they're not sure what floor the poor guy fell from, but he landed in the basement. Yikes. Thankfully, the worker is expected to survive. [DNA Info]
