If you haven't gotten your fill of Proenza Schouler news today: The New York Times has reported Theory founder Andrew Rosen is part of a trio of big time investors that is "expected" to buy a majority stake in Proenza Schouler. Rosen's name may also sound familiar as he was the mastermind behind the Olivier Theyskens appointment at Theory and also runs Helmut Lang. Under Rosen's direction, we could be seeing a strategic expansion of Proenza Schouler products—like denim, more shoes and leather goods, sunglasses and...possibly a Clothingline sample sale trifecta of Proenza Schouler, Helmut Lang and Theory?
