No summer music extravaganza has ever been as friendly with the fashion world as the MTK Festival, which runs August 13th and August 14th in East Hampton. In addition to showcasing a ton of bands—Vampire Weekend, Bright Eyes, Chromeo, Ra Ra Riot—the festival also features an East Hampton Airport runway full of pop-up shops from brands like Madewell and Elizabeth and James.

Tickets are $195 for general admission for both days, but we've got two passes plus parking for one lucky winner. How to enter: Just submit a nomination for our Hottest Shopkeep contest. We're looking for the most insanely attractive store employee in New York City—male or female, straight or gay, store owner or sales associate, it doesn't matter as long as they're hot.

Email tips@racked.com with your nominee's name, the store where he or she works, and, if possible, a photo. Retail workers of NYC: You are more than welcome to nominate yourself! We'll need your selection by midnight on Sunday, July 24th, after which we'll pick a favorite and inform the winner on Monday the 25th.
