The list of anticipated fall openings just keeps on growing. Today, DNA Info reports that Mango will open its second New York outpost on 34th Street near Fifth Avenue. Banners featuring two giant vamping Scarlett Johanssons have appeared in the large storefront and staffers from the Soho Mango location have confirmed an early September unveiling.
This stretch of 34th Street is looking to give Broadway in Soho a run for its money as the new international fast-fashion shopping corridor. The new Mango will join the future Uniqlo, plus fellow Spaniards Desigual and Zara, Korean teen-tailer WHO.A.U., and Swedish fast-fash king H&M. Making a domestic show of retail support, a super-sized Levi's will also be opening on the block this fall.
