The Bastille Day celebrations continue—until closing today, Parisian-based perfumer CREED is offering a free sample of the Jamin Imperatrice Eugenie fragrance at its 794 Madison Avenue (at 67th Street) boutique. Why this fragrance, you ask? Due to the showering situation back in 1852, Empress Eugenie herself requested that CREED move from London to Paris so the fragrance house could perfume her on a daily basis.[Racked Inbox]
