Proof that the fashion world slows to a crawl in July: Two different dresses emblazoned with celebrities' faces have been making the rounds on the blogs this week. At left, we have James Lillis's dress featuring Steve Buscemi, Boardwalk Empire star and patron saint of baggy-eyed character actors everywhere. At right, there's a slightly more homemade-looking shirt-dress paying homage to Beyoncé.
