For the first time ever, our sister site Racked LA has compiled its own Racked 38. The list ranges from definitively LA shops like Fred Segal to hipster retail like TenOverSix and Creatures of Comfort to something called Wacko, which is a "part trinket shop, part underground publications library, part tastemaking art gallery" that also sells handmade soap.
