The tale of the Forever 21 versus David-and-Goliath-esque blogger throwdown has come to a triumphant close. Rachel Kane and her blog WTForever 21 have prevailed, mainly due to the fact that Forever 21 just didn't respond to Rachel's so-sue-me deadlines given to the monolith chain. In Rachel's words, "This is a dark defeat for MC Hammer pants, floral jumpsuits and blinged out mini hats, but a joyous triumph for those who like to make fun of them." We did notice that she put in a little disclaimer on her sidebar, though—just in case the Forever 21 lawyers come calling again. [Jezebel; WTForever21; Previously]
