In need of theater costumes, suitcases full of "regular people clothes," or a surplus of lumber? The Manhattan Children's Theatre's Tribeca lease is up in two weeks, so they're giving away a ton of stuff to lighten their load. Items up for grabs include the above-mentioned goods (the costumes include gowns, cloaks, and animal tails), as well as well as lots of furniture and the rest of life's necessities: toilet paper and soap. It's all free, and Brokelyn has the details on a special open house taking place on Sunday. [Brokelyn]
