Police Commissioner Ray Kelly thinks the NYPD has been looking pretty snazzy lately. In a (somewhat random) interview with WWD, he tells the paper that "detectives are looking better than ever before." He talks a lot about ties in the interview (he likes Charvet and Brioni) but he also says that he's a "big hoodie fan" in the gym. "Now it is more speaking events with ties than wrestling with somebody in the good old days," he says, but regardless of attire, "we will jump out of a car if something happens." [WWD]
