NEW YORK CITYFull Figured Fashion Week officially kicked off today to wild success. With events taking place all over the city, the three-day extravaganza consists of runway shows, panel discussions and our favorite past-time—shopping. While the final night runway show, awards ceremony and after-par-tay is sold out, there are still tickets available for additional events, namely the Shopping Excursion led by The Curvy Fashionista Marie Denee. THE INTERNET—Last summer, Imilla Road set up a week-long pop-up shop on Orchard Street, offering indie-designed, downtown girl pieces at wallet-friendly prices. No need to wait around in the oppressive heat while waiting for Imilla Road to return because they've gone online. The just-launched Imilla Road site offers clothing and accessories from over 40 indie designers, such as, Jennifer Elizabeth, Islaet, Ivana Helsinki, and Designs by Alicia P. [Racked Wire; Previously]
