Yesterday, we learned that the Tory Burch sample sale slated to begin today at Clothingline opened a day early, and Mizhattan headed to the scene to check it out. She reports that despite the short rescheduling notice, there was still a line of about 30 people in front of her, and like previous Burch sales, you're given a numbered ticket when you enter that marks your spot in line for the shoe section.
Even though she found the clothing section to be the "most disappointing part of the sale," she did find a bunch of marked down items that are still full price on the website. And as for the shoes and the bags: Though there weren't any jellies or rainboots, she reports that the shoe section was full, and that there were "plenty of Tory Burch's quilted totes & minis in crayon colors" in the bag area.
Here's a few highlights from the price list, but head here for the full rundown. Basic tees are $40, sleeveless or short sleeve blouses are $85, and cardigans are $99. Pants and denim are $85, dresses are $145, and blazers and coats are $195.
For the shoes, sneakers are $50, ballet flats and thong sandals are $99, and sandals, wedges, and pumps are $150. The bags appear to range from $95-$295, with the Alice hobo priced at $195, the Tierney satchel at $175, and the Dafina hobo for $225. The sale ends Saturday, June 18; for hours and more details, head here.
