A former employee has sued Completely Bare for racial discrimination. Altovise Collier, who moved from Atlanta to NYC for the job, says that her supervisors at the spa's Fifth Avenue flagship were impressed with her until they saw her and realized she was African-American. Collier's suit alleges that she was hazed, underpaid, and ultimately fired because of her race. This suit isn't the first time the chain's owner, Cindy Barshop, has appeared in the public eye: She's a Real Housewife, not to mention the woman behind the phenomenon known as vajazzling. [NYP]
