Shopping mistakes happen to all of us, even those of us who virtually invented Fashion Week as we know it. In the latest installment of their retail regrets column Buyer's Remorse, Racked National gets Fern Mallis, the woman who first brought the shows under one big tent in Bryant Park, to confess her worst sample sale misstep.
