Looks like Tommy Hilfiger really had a good time making that giant East Hampton beach house that's currently sitting pretty in the middle of Meatpacking. Now, he's moving on to hotels: Hilfiger and a business partner just agreed to pay $170 million for the Clock Tower office building near Madison Square Park, and the WSJ reports that they're "planning to convert it into a luxury hotel that will cater to a young, affluent crowd."
