DNAinfo digs up a bit more information on the Apple store discrimination lawsuit, in which two African-American men allege that they were booted from the Upper West Side location simply because of their race. Reports the site, "According to the court filing, the men are loyal Apple customers. Johnston owns an iPad, a MacBook, a PowerMac G4 and an iPod touch, and Charles owns an iPad and two iPods."
