The streets of the Garment District are crowded today. While W. 38th Street is packed with fashion editors waiting for marked-down Louboutins, W. 36th Street is lined with umbrella-toting shoppers waiting to get into Clothingline's Theory sale, which offers up 65% off womenswear from the label. It looks like over 50 people are waiting on the sidewalk outside the second-story sample sale site. If they're hoping to snap up some of Olivier Theyskens's highly acclaimed collection for the brand, they'll probably be disappointed—we're told that in the best-case scenario, only a "very minimal" amount would be available. But the sale offers a ton of merchandise, and the line moves quickly, so it might be worth a trip despite the rain.
