The same litigious Lower East Side resident who's already sued Aeropostale and J.Crew for trademark infringement is now taking Old Navy to court. Robert Lopez holds the trademark on a brand called L.E.S. Clothing, and he's suing Old Navy and its parent company the Gap over shirts that also bear the name of the neighborhood.
