House of Harlow 1960 Loves Textures and Embellishments for Fall

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

With celeb–turned–fashion-designer lines, you're never quite sure what you're going to get (Real Housewives, anyone?) But, there's no hiding Nicole Richie's proven (and Rachel Zoe-influenced? You be the judge) boho chic in her growing House of Harlow 1960 empire. A look through the gossip pages show Nicole's penchant for ginormous statement platforms, as well as glam earth-mom gladiators. For fall, the House of Harlow shoe line kicks it up a notch with rock 'n roll animal prints, straps and buckles and pony-hair textures.

In the gallery above, we picked out five fall styles to expect. After the jump, check out five spring styles to tide you over in the meantime.
