Christian Louboutin has accused YSL of stealing his soles. The shoe king is suing for over $1 million in damages, arguing in documents filed yesterday that "Mr. Louboutin is the first designer to develop the idea of having red soles on women's shoes" and that YSL is blatantly borrowing the concept. The lawsuit also lists examples of the heels' prominence in pop culture, meaning this might be the first court case ever to submit Jennifer Lopez's single "Louboutins" as evidence. [NYP]
