Betsey Johnson Wants You to Take Her to the Prom

Right now, there's no good reason anyone in Manhattan should have to go without a sparkly clutch. Not only is the Tucker/Felix Rey sale stocked with blingy little bags for $25 to $50, but the Betsey Johnson sale has a table of them for $50 as well (down from $128 online.) The sale runs through Saturday at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in midtown, and according to On the Sly, the selection is enormous. Day dresses started out marked down to $25 to $75, while ruffly evening dresses were initially discounted to $65 to $120, but they've already started slashing prices by $10 or more. If you are a teenager, know a teenager, or just miss being a teenager, it sounds like it's worth a visit.
