Cynthia Rowley is relaunching and rebranding her menswear line under the name Mr. Powers. Rowley has designed clothes for guys since her career began—in 2002, she was even nominated for a Perry Ellis Award for best new menswear design talent—but men haven't been a focus of her brand in years. This new initiative is named after her husband, Bill Powers, and primed to take advantage of his role on Bravo's "Work of Art." Look for it in stores and online in late July. [WWD, subscription req'd]
