Gird your loins, shoppers of New York City: The next Fashion's Night Out is in only 154 days. In an email blast this morning, organizers of the nationwide retail celebration let us know a bit about what we can expect from this year's event. On the event's website, registration for retailers has just opened. And for the rest of us, there are three crucial new details:

1.) This year's Fashion's Night Out doubles as Fashion's Night In. FNO CEO Anna Wintour is inviting e-commerce shops to participate with special promotions and other online events timed to coincide with the live-action madness on September 8.

2.) The organizers have also tapped Polyvore to showcase merchandise from participating stores in sets created by a slew of fashion celebrities. (Everyday users can join in the fun, too.) Look for those to start popping up on Polyvore on August 15.

3.) See newly-hot, brilliantly-named model Arizona Muse on the right? In that photo, shot by Craig McDean, she's wearing the 2011 FNO t-shirt. This time around, the FNO promo merchandise also includes a baseball hat, a tote bag, and a multi-colored fashion print for women. As usual, 40% of sales from the line goes to the New York City AIDS Fund in the Community Trust. Store owners, place your wholesale orders via fnocollection@CFDA.com before April 26.
