BROOKLYN HEIGHTS—And while we're over in that corner of the city, let us note that waterfront luxury condo building 1 Brooklyn Bridge Park has finally found some retail tenants. The Observer reports that Brooklyn Bridge Bark, a high-end pet shop, and Waterfront Wines and Spirits, which specializes in organic booze, have both signed leases for space in the building. Throw in a store selling expensive baby clothes and you've officially got Brooklyn stereotype bingo! [NYO]
