Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Vogue Italia just launched a new portion to their site—a cooking guide—proving that whether you need help with fashion or food, look to an Italian for help. The first recipe: cream of pumpkin soup with scallops. Fear not if you weren't blessed to learn cooking terms—and curse words— from an Italian grandmother in her kitchen: All of the upcoming recipes will be presented in video format with English captions, as well as screen stills for a simpler breakdown.
