SOHO—After witnessing the devastating affects of cancer on loved ones over the years, the husband-wife duo behind Julie Haus and diffusion line J/J by Julie Haus have launched the "Show the Hope" dress campaign. Julie Haus-Alkire and husband Jason Alkire are discounting the J/J by Julie Haus dress Echinacea frock above—100% silk, with a custom digital print—from over $390 to $298. For each piece sold, the couple will donate $50 to fund-deprived cancer charities in the community. Why echinacea? Its medicinal benefits have been used in cancer treatments, and it's a symbol of inspiration to those fighting the disease. Find the dress at the Julie Haus boutique at 458 Broome (between Mercer and Greene Streets) and also on her website here. [Racked Inbox]
