Well, this is crazy: A 22-year-old man in Birmingham, England recently dressed up like a mannequin and stationed himself inside of the women's bathrooms in both a shopping mall and a university. We're not saying either act makes any sense, but the university location seems extra bizarre, because why would there be mannequins there? Apparently he did a pretty good job at fooling people, because he went unnoticed "for some time"—his outfit did include a wig—and he was able to grab a few shots of women's feet with his phone before being arrested. When he was finally caught, he admitted to police that he'd "been a bit weird." [Gizmodo]
