As firm believers of getting boozy while the sun's out, it's good to know that Zac Posen is a kindred spirit. So much so that he just created a limited-time brunch menu for Le Caprice, and kicked it off this Wednesday at the launch for Belvedere's Bloody Mary vodka. The menu includes scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or steamed spinach, steak tartar, crispy duck with a watercress salad, and a shrimp burger. Plus about five new Bloody Mary cocktails, because one is just never enough. He also added these words of wisdom: "Brunch can be fabulous when you have the right meal, cocktail and outfit."
