Artist Ted Muehling has been selling simple, sophisticated jewelry and housewares at 27 Howard Street since 2001, which makes him somewhat of a South Soho staple. Now, though, Tribeca Citizen reports that he's bringing his showroom/boutique to 57 Walker between Church and Broadway. According to lifestyle writer Rima Suqi, the new space will open April 19. Muehling won't be gone from Soho entirely, though; you can find his work at Moss. (That should actually tell Muehling newbies a bit about his aesthetic: Like most things at Moss, it's witty, grown-up, and expensive.) Head over to Tribeca Citizen to check out his nature-inspired earrings, necklaces, and sweet little shell-shaped bowls.
