After a very busy year hanging out in stores like Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch and Juicy Couture, it seemed as though bed bugs needed some time off. But now they're back!—and have apparently made the switch from department stores to gyms. Over at the Reebok Sports Club on Columbus Avenue, members are reportedly packing up their stuff due to a bed bug infestation in the men's locker room, proving that the little monsters really will live just about anywhere, and that those prophetic bed bug predictions for 2011 are beginning to unfold, one sweaty towel at a time.
In an effort to keep gym members happy, Reebok's allegedly been dishing out gift certificates, but unless they're for Terminix, we doubt anyone cares. Props to the bed bugs, though, for diligently singling out locations—like last year's Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch—full of shirtless guys.
