The WSJ updates its story from Friday about Zara's massive Fifth Avenue deal with new numbers and more details. Last week, the paper reported that the Spain-based company paid $400 million for the former NBA store at 666 Fifth, based on intel from the sellers. Now, they're saying the deal was actually $324 million, which is a lot closer to Uniqlo's $300 million lease in the same building. [WSJ; Previously]
