For the fashionably critical and cheap, Melissa and Joan Rivers have debuted a new daily-deals website called Shoparatti. The two reveal their plans in a CocoPerez interview, highlights of which include Melissa spelling the name of the site wrong and Perez Hilton's snuggie. As Shoparatti's editor, Melissa promises one daily morning email compiled of the day's best deals that will be featured on the site, so you can "get off all your other ones," she says—like the respectable Gilt Groupes and Groupons—and just surf theirs.
